A majority of homeowners blames it on their bathroom tiles when they find their baths damp and moist but the real reason behind their baths becoming moist rests elsewhere. An ideal bathroom is properly ventilated, lighted and is not overcrowded with fixtures, tub and vanity tops. For the regular cleaning purpose, there should be a wiper and soft bristles broom in the bathroom. It is necessary for one to wipe out the extra water from the floor after using the room.

When washing the bathroom floor slabs, flood the floor with a homemade oxygen bleach solution and leave the solution on the floor for half an hour. In this period, the solution will loosen the stubborn soap residue and watermarks from the bathroom tiles and grout lines. After half an hour, you can drain the solution and wash the floor with clean water. It there are any stains left on the floor or grout lines, you can remove them using a scrub or a dry cotton cloth.
